On the original  Timbered Meadows campground property, there are two outhouses with  restroom facilities located in the shower  house. All electrical service in this part of the campground is 30 amp service. Water hook ups are centrally located and shared by more than one site.. Usually, a 25' hose will be adequate to supply water to your camper.

Fishing is allowed in the middle pond by guests, as well as swimming. Bouy lines designate the swimming area, and all children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. There is a lighted basketball court directly across from the pavilion. Playground equipment for younger children is located next to the sand beach, by the designated swimming area on the middle pond. Several horseshoe pits can be found throughout the campground, as well as campfire rings for weekend campers. You may bring your own firewood, or we have a couple guys at the campground that sell wood. Ask the managers they can help you out.

A new office is now in place near the entrance to the original ground. Here you will find a telephone for emergency use, ice machine, pop machine, and information about the campground in general. We have just installed a new PA loudspeaker system to be used for public announcements and to alert guests of approaching severe weather.

All gray and black waste can be emptied when you leave the camp ground. The dumping station is located just south of the shower house. There is no live sewer hook ups so for extended stays, we can arrange to have your tanks pumped for you; or you may use a  portable tank to lower your levels until departure, when you may use the dump station.

Golf carts are allowed on the grounds and a 10 mph speed limit is strictly enforced for safety. Underage drinking is NOT ALLOWED and if  caught,  you will be asked to leave the grounds.

The pavilion may be rented for personal parties, company picnics, or any  large gathering. The pavilion is roughly 40 x 60 in size and just had a new roof installed last year. A smooth concrete floor, close to 20 picnic tables, electrical outlets and warming tables are available for serving food.

If you wish to rent the pavilion, please make your reservations early to insure availability. We also advise that if you're wanting to stay over Memorial Day, July 4th or Labor Day weekend, to make your reservations early as well, About 20 weekend sites are available with electrical service in the original part of the campgrounds and we have unlimited space for primitive campers.

Welcome
